Since kao europe was founded, the staff number of our document department has increased along with our rapid growing business, from initially 2 to 9 nowday. And these 9 people has divided into 3 groups, including 6 in sea import; 1 in air import and 2 in export (both air & sea).

Person in charge:
■ Sea Import:

Ms.Dalin : Who handles shipments from usa.
Ms.Dda : Who handles shipments from europe countries, including italy, germany, britain, france and belgium.
Ms.Amy : Who handles shipments from all the other countries.
Ms.Emma : Who handles shipments from japan and singapore.
Ms.Adele : Who exchange delivery order from shipping lines & co-loaders, contact with the customs broker and issue the receipt.
Ms.Medea : Who handles shipments  from taipei.



■ Air Import:
Ms.Alison : Who is responsible of inquiring the arrival time from the air-lines.

■ Sea & Air Export:
Ms.Joyce & Ms.Landy : Who Would Issue The Bill Of Lading And Contact With The  Shipping Line And Customs Broker.

Furthermore, ms. Ada, amy and alison also act as our people in counter, in charging of releasing the delivery order to our customer and collect the payment. Even though they all have their own duties, they work as a team and help each other out. Because they are familiar with each others jobs, you don't' have to worry if there'll be no one to handle your problem. It's a department with spirit of mutual cooperation.
